Natural stones can naturally vary in colour, pattern and appearance. Your bracelet may therefore have slight differences from the product images shown on our website.

To keep your jewellery looking its best, avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfume, cosmetics, oils and harsh chemicals. We recommend storing your bracelet in a dry, safe place when it is not being worn.

UK orders are generally delivered within approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch. International orders may take approximately 5–12 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can vary.

Yes. Eligible items can generally be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged. We may request photographs of the product and packaging so we can investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

We recommend removing your bracelet before swimming, bathing or prolonged exposure to water. Avoid direct contact with perfume, lotions and harsh chemicals.
